Delphi Foods is run by 3 family members and employs around 50 people. All food is still hand prepared on site in London and sold all around the UK and internationally.
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked Chickpeas (68%), Water, Lemon Juice (8.2%) (Concentrated Lemon Juice, Citric Acid, Preservative: SodiumMetabisulphite), Tahini Mix (Tahini Paste:(Sesame Seed, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed)), Lemon Segments (2%) (Lemon Peel, Sea Salt, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite), Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Fresh Coriander (1.7%), Salt (Salt, Anti-Cake Agent: Sodium Ferrocyanide), Citric Acid, Garlic Puree (Garlic), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
Chilled: Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Not suitable for home freezing. Stir before serving.
