A delightfully creamy paté which delicately balances Blue Stilton cheese with the sweetness of fresh pears and a touch of honey. Enhances any cheese board.
Findlater’s started life as a restaurant and delicatessen in Linlithgow in 2004. In the delicatessen they sold handmade paté made in the restaurant kitchen which was such a success that they built a much bigger kitchen to cope with demand. The pates are still hand made in small batches, using equipment and methods you’d expect to see in a high quality restaurant kitchen. This enables them to deliver exceptional flavours and textures.
Ingredients: soft cheese (cow's MILK, salt, lactic cultures), pears (13%), honey (11%), stilton cheese (cow's MILK, vegetarian rennet, salt, starter culture) (8%), salt, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), emulsifier (guar bean extract), preservative (potassium sorbate).
