Original Biscuit Bakers are creators and bakers of delicious gingerbread biscuits, hand iced by a team of talented artists. They are producers of gourmet gingerbread and biscuits for the fine food and gift market. All of the products are lovingly created by hand and enjoyed worldwide.
Gingerbread ingredients: Wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oils (palm and rapeseed), partially inverted refiners syrup, ginger, spice, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, SOYA flour.
Decoration ingredients: Sugar, pasteurised free range EGG white, dried glucose syrup, cornflour, humectant: vegetable glycerine; stabiliser: xanthan gum, colour: vegetable carbon.
