All Willy’s products are grown, hand-crafted and produced with care in Herefordshire. From the moment the apples are harvest to the final fermentation, bottling and design seal, they are proud to create good quality British product from scratch.

Water, apple juice, kombucha (water, black tea, green sencha tea, sugar, S.C.O.B.Y (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast)), apple cider vinegar, fresh ginger. Gently carbonated. Best enjoyed chilled.
