No gluten, no dairy, no nuts, just high-quality ingredients thoughtfully combined to create a variety of spell-binding taste sensations.
MANGO AND CHILLI CHUTNEY
Tangy, spiced, aromatic and addictive! Versatile but best served with Indian, Middle Eastern dishes, meats and cheeses.
Ingredients: Mango (21%), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Sugar, Onion, Apple, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli (1%), Lime Juice, Spices, Black MUSTARD seeds, salt.
HOT CHILLI JAM
Moderate heat from de-seeded habeneros and hints of lime. Best served with meats and cheeses.
Ingredients: Jam Sugar (sugar, apple pectin, citric acid, humectant: glycerol), red peppers, wine vinegar (sulphites), red chillies (2%), lime juice, lime zest, paprika.
MELLOW CHILLI JAM
Very mild, but with all the flavour of chilli and hints of lime. Best served with meats and cheeses. Ideal for those who dislike chilli heat.
Ingredients: Jam Sugar (sugar, apple pectin, citric acid, humectant: glycerol), red peppers, wine vinegar (sulphites), red chillies (2%), lime juice, lime zest, paprika.
SPICED CHERRIES
Whole cherries in winter spiced syrup. Best served with game dishes, dark chocolate desserts and in Prosecco.
Ingredients: cherries (55%), sugar, red wine vinegar (sulphites), spices (2%)
SMOKEY TOMATO RELISH
Tangy and smokey. Best served with barbeque food, particularly burgers, but any meats and cheese.
Ingredients: Tomatoes (tomatoes, acidity regulator: citric acid) (47%), white wine vinegar (sulphites), sugar, onion, red pepper, apple, ginger, garlic, chilli, spices, smoked paprika (0.03%), black mustard seeds, salt.
MAPLE AND CHILLI MUSTARD
Hot, smokey heat from chipotle chillies and sweetness from maple syrup. Marvellous as a glaze for baked ham, but all meats love this.
Ingredients: MUSTARD seeds (29%), Red Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Maple Syrup (25%), Sugar, Red Chilli Flakes (0.001%), Spices
