Boston butt is the American name for a cut of pork that comes from the upper part of the shoulder from the front leg and is the most common cut used for pulled pork. Cut from our 100% outdoor reared Saddleback pork, from East Fortune Farm. Approx 1kg each. PLEASE NOTE: if you require a 2kg piece, this will take one week to arrive, so please order with this in mind. The final charge will depend on the weight of the product picked on day of collection/delivery.
