Findlater’s started life as a restaurant and delicatessen in Linlithgow in 2004. In the delicatessen they sold handmade paté made in the restaurant kitchen which was such a success that they built a much bigger kitchen to cope with demand. The pates are still hand made in small batches, using equipment and methods you’d expect to see in a high quality restaurant kitchen. This enables them to deliver exceptional flavours and textures.
Ingredients: Chicken Liver (42%), Butter (from cow's MILK), Onions (Dried Onions, Water), Port (2%), Brandy (2%), Herbs & Spices, Salt, Pepper
