Delicious legs of our 100% grass fed East Lothian Hampshire Down lambs. Perfect for a Sunday roast! Choose from butterflied, bone in, or boned and rolled, various weights. Minimum weights shown. Please note certain cuts will need to be pre-ordered, i.e. order on a Monday for the following Friday. The final charge will depend on the weight of the product picked on day of collection/delivery.
100% grass fed East Lothian Hampshire Down lamb, reared at East Fortune Farm and with two lambing seasons a year the farm can guarantee new season lamb for longer.
Butterflied lamb is a boned leg of lamb opened out flat. It is both thin and spread out, so it cooks quickly and there is lots of crispy meat for everyone.
