TRADER INFORMATION

FOR NEW AND EXISTING STALLHOLDERS

All traders are allocated a 3m x  3m pitch in our grass paddock adjacent to the main farm carpark.

NB. During the winter months only, traders are not required to bring a gazeebo as a temporary marquee structure is erected in the paddock with individual bays for each trader. The market dates it will be in operation for are confirmed nearer the time.

The following must be provided by the trader:

Maximum 3 metre x 3 metre gazeebo*

Table/s to fit within allocated pitch

A groundsheet or mat is recommended for within your stall area

Chairs if required

Public Liability Insurance Certificate
‍
Food Hygiene Documentation (if applicable)

*Should you require a larger pitch and/or would like to bring a larger gazebo,
please contact a member of the team to see if we can accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.

The paddock where the market is held has a hardcore path around it but the farm & carpark can be muddy during the winter and in wet weather. We therefore advise traders to dress & wear appropriate clothing and footwear for their own comfort.
