Shot at the local Smeaton estate and available until the season ends. 🔥Oven Ready 🐦Birds size between 600-700g. 🍽Serves 1 to 2 people There are two ways to cook your pheasant - plain roast or casserole. Like turkey, pheasant has a dryish texture, so for roasting cover with some yummy Saddleback streaky bacon or foil for most of the cooking period.
