MUSHROOM PATÉ with Madeira Wine and Truffle Oil. Smooth earthy tones of wild mushrooms infused with Madeira wine and finished with truffle oil. They add dried seaweed to intensify the umami flavour.
Findlater’s started life as a restaurant and delicatessen in Linlithgow in 2004. In the delicatessen they sold handmade paté made in the restaurant kitchen which was such a success that they built a much bigger kitchen to cope with demand. The pates are still hand made in small batches, using equipment and methods you’d expect to see in a high quality restaurant kitchen. This enables them to deliver exceptional flavours and textures.
