A delicious smoked salmon pate with Crème Fraiche & Dill. A generous serving of traditional smoked salmon combined with Crème Fraiche and Dill Perfect served in delicate, crust- free sandwiches with thinly sliced cucumber.
Findlater’s started life as a restaurant and delicatessen in Linlithgow in 2004. In the delicatessen they sold handmade paté made in the restaurant kitchen which was such a success that they built a much bigger kitchen to cope with demand. The pates are still hand made in small batches, using equipment and methods you’d expect to see in a high quality restaurant kitchen. This enables them to deliver exceptional flavours and textures.
Ingredients: Smoked salmon (salmon (FISH), salt, sugar) (46%), soft cheese (cow's MILK, salt, lactic cultures, creme fraiche (cow's MILK, preservative (potassium sorbate), lactic cultures) (23%), lemon juice (lemon juice, sugar), black pepper, dill, preservative (potassium sorbate), emulsifier (guar bean extract), lemon extract (rapeseed oil, lemon oil), herbs and spices.
